Carry large weights, because in real life you have to carry things
Take dieting. A fat person goes on a diet and gets to his goal weight, then he starts eating cakes again and before you know it he back weighing 600 lbs or 700 lbs – he yoyos because he won’t stick to the diet. Lifting weights, like dieting is a full time thing so you better make sure you enjoy lifting weights and you better make sure you make lifting weights enjoyable.
