Did some wide stance squats today using the 4×4 Sumo stance of 1100 mm. I never used to be able to do wide stance squats but I’ve got enough hip strength now to do them properly.

Squat Cycle II

13th January 2008 – stance 800 mm, beam 765 mm; 181 kg and 174 kg squat.

Introduction
This is the second cycle of squats the first being reported here.
To cut a short story short, on the 10th January 2008 I started the 2nd Squat Cycle and on the 13th January squatted 181 kg;
